You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding and repairing commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems across a portfolio of commercial sites throughout North and North West London. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on commercial air conditioning systems Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on a variety of HVAC equipment and associated controls Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with current legislation, industry standards and best practice Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and site contacts Liaise with the service desk and management team to ensure the ..... full job details .....
