The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced-Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer-to join a growing facilities maintenance team. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding and repairing-commercial air conditioning-and HVAC systems-across a portfolio-of commercial sites-throughout North and-North West London.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned-preventative maintenance-(PPM) and reactive-maintenance on commercial-air conditioning systems
- Diagnose faults and-carry-out repairs on-a variety of-HVAC equipment and-associated controls
- Ensure all work-is completed safely-and in accordance-with current legislation, industry-standards and best-practice
- Build and maintain-positive working relationships-with customers and-site contacts
- Liaise with the-service desk and-management team to-ensure the efficient-delivery of maintenance-services
- Complete accurate service-reports and recommend-remedial works where-appropriate
- Keep management informed-of job progress, site issues and-additional work requirements
- Participate in an-out-of-hours-emergency-call-out rota
About You
Essential
Proven experience within-the air conditioning-or HVAC industry
Strong knowledge of-commercial air conditioning-systems and-associated controls
Excellent fault-finding-and diagnostic skills
F-Gas Category-1-qualification
Full UK driving-licence
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Strong communication and-organisational skills
Ability to work-independently and manage-your own workload
Desirable
Electrical qualification
Health & Safety training-or qualifications
Previous experience in-a mobile engineering-role
