This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking to work across a varied portfolio of commercial office and retail environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and minor installations on a wide range of air conditioning and HVAC equipment. Key Responsibilities Carry out scheduled PPM visits in accordance with contract requirements. Attend and complete reactive maintenance call-outs within agreed service levels. Diagnose faults and undertake repairs on air conditioning and ventilation systems. Complete service reports and maintenance documentation accurately and efficiently. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations. Liaise professionally with clients and site representatives.
