A company-paid travel card will be provided, meaning there is no requirement for a van, fuel card or driving licence.The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and fault-finding on various air conditioning and HVAC systems within occupied commercial environments.DutiesCarry out PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systemsService, repair and fault-find on split, multi-split, VRV/VRF and ventilation systemsAttend breakdowns and diagnose faults efficientlyComplete maintenance reports and compliance paperworkEnsure works are completed safely and in line with industry regulationsBuild positive relationships with clients and site personnelAssist with general HVAC and building services maintenance where requiredRequirementsEssentialF-Gas Category 1 CertificationRelevant Air ..... full job details .....
