Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

The Company:
A UK based-FM company who-deliver 24/7/365 maintenance throughout the UK supported by their regional office network. Clients include hospitality venues, grocers, healthcare, schools, Government buildings and commercial properties.

The Role:
You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of air-conditioning equipment (splits / VRV''s / VRF''s) across schools, retail units and courts around the-East and West Midlands.
Periodically, you will also carry out small installations as required.-
You may be required to carry out other PPM''s as and when required although this will be rare.-

The person:

You will be an experienced air-conditioning engineer who has a proven track- record of service and maintenance.

Salary:

-38,000 to -44,000-depending on experience, 30 minutes travel each way unpaid, but then any travel after that is paid, private use of van, 21-Days holiday plus Bank holidays, 3%/5% pension.
