You will have a city and guilds,-nvq-or equivalent with-fgas-cat1, with a proven-track record-in commercial maintenance. You will be working out of London covering commercial buildings.- Sector: Commercial Maintenance- Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on splits and multi-splits, AHU''s, changing filters and adjusting belts, VRV''s ARF''s, ppm checks on chillers and general ppm''s on site. You will also be escorting sub-contractors,-working with other mobile engineers, general paperwork.- Hours are 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday- Salary is 48K basic with overtime and 1 in 4-call-out- This is-a great opportunity-to work for a large maintenance provider, who can offer great benefits and ongoing training as well as working outside of London.
