Working as part of the on-site engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a busy commercial environment.This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive engineer who can work independently while ensuring compliance, safety, and service standards are consistently achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities.Respond to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner.Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.Perform general building fabric maintenance where required.Ensure all work is completed in line with statutory regulations and site compliance requirements.Accurately complete maintenance records and documentation.Meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.Promote and maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.RequirementsRecognised Electrical or Mechanical qualification.Previous experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role.Strong understanding of building services and MandE systems.Experience carrying out both reactive and planned ..... full job details .....
