MMA Welders – required in Plymouth, Devon

Wise Employment are looking for skilled MMA Welders to join a major engineering project for a long term, ongoing temporary contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high profile work, with excellent hourly pay rates, consistent hours and lots of earning potential!

• £36.50 per hour (Days) | Up to £45.00 per hour (Backshift)
• 50 hrs per week + overtime available
• Paid weld test
• Accommodation provided if required
• ·         Umbrella PAYE contract

Role requirements for MMA Welders:

• Ideally a welding background within heavy industrial projects or the marine industry.
• Carry out MMA welding (Manual Metal Arc / Stick Welding) on vessels and large components
• You will be required to carry out high-quality welds on various pressure and structural components
• Adhere to strict health and safety protocols along with security protocols

 What we need from you:

• British Citizenship (essential for Security Clearance)
• Solid MMA welding experience within the past 5 years (for reference purposes also)
• Currently or previously coded in MMA
• Confidence to pass a weld test and a strict screening process
