The business operates at enterprise scale, with a mature data platform estate and a growing demand for robust, well governed MLOps capabilities. Collaboration, operational excellence and responsible use of data and AI sit at the heart of how they work.The Role and DeliverablesOwn the day to day operation of the Databricks platform and associated MLOps services, ensuring availability, performance and stability.Establish and run service management processes including incident, problem and change management, with clear documentation and escalation paths.Define and deliver standardised MLOps patterns covering model development, deployment, monitoring and lifecycle governance.Lead platform releases and upgrades, including planning, testing and communication to stakeholders.Implement and maintain security, risk and compliance controls across data and machine learning workloads.Manage platform roadmap, cost optimisation and supplier relationships to maximise value and developer experience.Your Skills and ExperienceStrong experience operating Databricks in production, including workspace administration, cluster policies, jobs and data governance controls.Proven capability delivering MLOps practices end to end, from CI/CD and automation through to ..... full job details .....
