As an MLD Assistant, you will: Support students with Moderate Learning Difficulties on a one-to-one and small group basis. Assist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons. Encourage students'' confidence, independence, and academic progress. Promote positive behaviour and help create an inclusive learning environment. Monitor students'' progress and provide feedback to teaching staff. We are looking for an MLD Assistant who: Has a caring, patient, and compassionate approach. Can build positive relationships with students and staff. Has excellent communication and teamwork skills. Is resilient, adaptable, and enthusiastic about supporting young people. Has an interest in SEN or a future career in education, psychology, or therapy.
