Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage the ML team and collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders. LLM & Agent Development: Build autonomous AI agents, implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and fine-tune LLMs using PEFT techniques like LoRA. Data Engineering: Design and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to process structured and unstructured data. MLOps & Infrastructure: Automate CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud/container infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes), and oversee secure model deployment and performance monitoring.
