ML Engineer - Inside IR35

Inside IR35Machine Learning Engineer to join to a UK brand on a Hybrid contract in London Excellent rates (Inside IR35), hybrid andamp; long term engagement. Model Development: Design, train, and optimise machine learning models that enhance user personalisation, including recommendation systems, ranking algorithms, user segmentation, and content analysis. Data Pipeline Engineering: Build and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines to support feature engineering and model training across large-scale structured and unstructured datasets. Production Deployment: Deploy, monitor, and maintain machine learning models in production, ensuring high availability, strong performance, reliability, and continued relevance. Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyse A/B tests and offline experiments to evaluate model performance, validate hypotheses, and drive continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with multidisciplinary teams to align machine learning initiatives with business objectives, product goals, and user needs. Research andamp; Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging research and advances in machine learning, deep learning, and personalisation, assessing opportunities to integrate relevant techniques into existing systems.
