The Role: As a mixologist, you will be responsible for creating exceptional cocktails, engaging with customers, and delivering an unforgettable bar experience. You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment alongside a team of talented professionals. Key Responsibilities: Craft and serve a wide range of premium cocktails with precision and creativity. Provide an outstanding guest experience with excellent customer service and product knowledge. Maintain a well-stocked and clean bar, ensuring all ingredients and garnishes are prepared to high standards. Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Collaborate with the team to create seasonal and signature cocktails. Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations. What We re Looking For: Previous experience as a mixologist in a high-end cocktail bar or lounge. Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and advanced mixology techniques.
