Our client is seeking a Mix Plant Operative to join their busy, friendly team at their Leeds site. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and your work will be shipped to customers all over the world.

The role:
As a Mix Plant Operative, you''ll be at the heart of production-creating industrial coatings to exact specifications. You''ll:

• Follow detailed recipes and production methods

• Record and maintain accurate production data

• Operate within strict health & safety guidelines

• Uphold quality standards and keep work areas spotless

• Manage stock rotation of raw materials and finished products

What you''ll bring:

• Previous experience in industrial mixing or following large-scale recipes is ideal-but if you''ve got the right attitude, full training will be given

• Strong numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail

• A good understanding of weighing and measurement

• A counterbalance forklift licence (essential)

• Willingness and ability to handle materials up to 25kg

Hours:

• Monday-Thursday: 08:00-17:00 (1-hour lunch)

• Friday: 08:00-16:00 (1-hour lunch)

• Overtime regularly available and paid at enhanced rates
