The RoleWorking closely with the Production Supervisor, the Mixing Operative will play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety. Previous mixing experience will be highly beneficial, and candidates with a background in food manufacturing or process operations are encouraged to apply. Key ResponsibilitiesOperating blending, mixing, and other production machineryFollowing production formulations and accurately preparing ingredients for mixing processesPicking and preparing raw materials from production instructionsManually loading raw material bags (up to 20kg) into mixing equipmentMonitoring mixing processes to ensure product consistency and quality standards are metPalletising finished products and wrapping pallets ready for dispatchUsing a Counterbalance FLT to move completed pallets into warehouse locationsCompleting production documentation and ..... full job details .....
