Mixing Operative

Reed is supporting a well-established manufacturing business with the recruitment of a Mixing Operative to join their team in Warmley, Bristol (BS30).This is an opportunity for someone with experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment who is looking to join a stable and growing business.Previous mixing or chemical handling experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.The employer is keen to speak with candidates who have experience working safely within a manufacturing setting, used a forklift and following procedures and quality standards. The successful candidate will join a small team and play a key role in producing high-quality blends, supporting production schedules, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Key ResponsibilitiesProduce blends and mixes in accordance with company Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs).Prepare materials and samples for quality control testing.Handle bulk materials and products using appropriate equipment.Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.Work to production schedules and ensure customer deadlines are met.Maintain accurate records where required.Ensure high standards of housekeeping across the production area.Comply with all health, safety and PPE requirements.Support warehouse and production activities as required.Work closely with colleagues to maintain a smooth operational workflow.About You We''re particularly interested in speaking with candidates who ..... full job details .....
