Hours: Monday to Friday 6.00am - 2.00pm and 2.00pm - 10.00pm on rotations
Role Type: Temporary to permanent
Hourly rate: £15.97 per hour

gap Personnel Bristol is operating as an employment business and is hiring 2 Mixing Operatives to work in a food production environment. The role involves weighing and mixing ingredient batches, operating mixing equipment, completing quality checks, and maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.

The job role:

• Weigh, measure, and prepare raw ingredients according to recipes and production plans
• Operate mixing and blending equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow batch sheets and standard operating procedures to ensure product consistency
• Carry out quality checks during mixing to meet food safety and quality standards
• Record production data accurately, including ingredient usage and batch details
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, housekeeping, and GMP
• Clean mixing equipment and work areas between batches
• Adhere to all health & safety and food safety regulations
• Support production targets by working effectively as part of a team

The Candidate:

• Punctual and good time management 
• Manufacturing experience beneficial
• Attention to details
• Driving licence essential 
• Ability to communicate well
