Your duties will include: For the first three hours you would help set up and then you would be doing - driving the mizer truck around the site around 8- 9 loads. The Ideal Candidate: Ideally you will come from a background such as construction, roofing, scaffolding, groundwork or building however other backgrounds will be considered. You will need excellent time keeping and attendance with a self-motivated team focus attitude. The ability to learn about all the machines in the different departments and able to communicate with. The site is tasked to fulfil orders on output so you will need to work as a team to achieve these targets so you will need to work well under pressure. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members, sharing ideas on how to improve production processes. You will need basic numeracy and literacy skills. .
