Minor Works Supervisor

Minor Works Supervisor 36,000 - 42,000 Stroud Abatec are recruiting for a proactive and commercially aware Highways Minor Works Supervisor to join a highways contract in Stroudwater, Gloucestershire. You will supervise minor works, lead operational teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, profitably and to the required standards. Duties Supervise and coordinate structural maintenance and improvement works Manage operational teams and subcontractors including on-boarding and deliver works safely, efficiently. Early Contactor Involvement (ECI) with the client. Plan and allocate resources to meet programme deadlines Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards Review and manage RAMS and ensure safe systems of work are implemented Carry out site inspections and audits Monitor performance against productivity and KPI targets Cost and Value works accurately Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication Promote a strong health and safety culture across all works Person Specification Experience in Supervising teams in the construction, highways or a similar sector is preferrable.
