About the Role

Rapier Employment seeks a Minibus driver to operate a 16-seater vehicle and internal shuttle service around the Oxford area, travelling between hospitals across Oxfordshire. This full-time, Monday to Friday contract pays £14.50 per hour, with start times on a rota basis between 06:00 and 12:00 and the latest finish usually around 20:00. Duties include transporting staff promptly between sites, deciding where to park, and contacting transport or site teams when issues arise. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, friendly towards staff, and hold a full UK licence with D1 category plus an in-date Tacho. Assessment and inductions are available.

Rapier Employment are looking for a 16-seater minibus driver/internal shuttle driver to support our client based around the Oxfordshire area. This role will require travelling between hospitals.

Position: 16-Seater minibus driver
Hours: Starts between 06:00-12:00. Latest finish is usually around 20:00. Start times are rota basis
Days: Monday-Friday
Pay rate: £14.50 per hour

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Transporting staff between the hospitals across Oxfordshire
Be able to make a decision on where to park/when to contact site or transport for updates or issues
Be customer-focused and have a positive and friendly attitude towards staff
Arrive at sites in a timely manner

Requirements:

Full UK Licence with D1 category
In date Tacho and CPC cards
A DBS check will be required down the line
