About the role As our MINI Retail / Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and growing all aspects of our Finance and Insurance performance. You will be at the heart of the sales process, working closely with our Sales Executives and Sales Management team to maximise every opportunity while ensuring our customers receive clear, transparent and helpful guidance. You will help our customers understand the products and obligations they are entering into, making sure every conversation is handled with professionalism, integrity and a genuine commitment to treating customers fairly.
