Driving Mini Bus for the Aschurch Centre Hammersmith

Job Description

• Options is a service that promotes opportunities for adults with a learning disability, and or autism, physical, mental health, dementia, complex needs etc.
• People coming to options day opportunities will receive a high quality service, and we will work in partnership with individuals, parents and carers to ensure that a person centred approach is maintained.
• Developing and maintaining relationships, and to receive support to live a healthy, safe, fulfilling life is important, and we will treat people with dignity and respect

Requirements

• Full UK Drivers License-
• Experience working with Local Authority, NHS Trust or Councils.-

Contract

• 6 month contract with the opportunity to extend and go permanent.-
• Monday to Friday 9am to Friday-
