Mini Bus Driver

Are you a fully licenced driver looking for work as a mini-bus driver?It is NECESSARY that applicants have a full clean licence and the qualification to drive a mini bus.You MUST BE willing to work on a TEMPORARY basis and between the hours of 7.30-8.45 MONDAY to THURSDAY and 7.30-8.45 and 1-4 on FRIDAY.As a Mini Bus Driver your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:- Drive the school minibuses in a safe and responsible manner.- Ensure the safety, comfort and welfare of the children on the minibus.- Carry out daily and weekly vehicle checks and carry out basic maintenance.- Report any vehicle defects, faults, incidents and accidents.- Be responsible for the cleanliness of vehicles, inside and out and ensure the vehicle is in a clean and roadworthy condition before and after use.- Refuel vehicles as required.- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage- Maintain accurate records of the children using the service each day.- Maintain and help to promote a good school image while driving the minibus- Work within health and safety guidelines and other guidelines that may be issued from time to time- Plan alternative road routes to and from school when necessary and keep parents informed of any changes- Attend relevant training courses as identified and agreed, including Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme (MiDAS) trainingYOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FULLY REGISTER WITH US INCLUDING PROVIDING RIGHT TO WORK DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH OBTAINING AN ENHANCED CHILD WORKFORCE DBS ..... full job details .....
