Key Responsibilities Provide production engineering support across manufacturing areas. Develop and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and production methods. Support new product introduction and Design for Manufacture activities. Review drawings, technical documentation, and build packs for manufacturability. Investigate production issues and carry out root cause analysis. Implement corrective and preventative actions. Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and safe systems of work. Lead PFMEA, error-proofing, and waste reduction activities. Support non-conformance investigations and manufacturing issue resolution. Monitor production KPIs and identify process improvements. Provide technical support and mentoring to engineers and production staff. Work with planning, quality, engineering, and operations teams.
