Mill Operative - Llansantffraid

Wynnstay Group is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Mill Operative to support the efficient day-to-day operation of the Mill. Reporting to the Site Manufacturing Manager, this hands-on role is central to ensuring production runs smoothly, safely and in line with quality and regulatory standards. As part of the site operations team, you will carry out routine mill operator duties, including cleaning and housekeeping tasks, while operating plant machinery. You will play an important role in maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality compliance and UFAS procedures, helping to ensure the consistent production of high-quality animal feed.
