Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Strong practical MIG and TIG welding skills. Experience with preparation, measuring, grinding, drilling, and finishing. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to safely use fabrication equipment and lifting equipment where trained. Reliable, proactive, and able to work well as part of a team.
