MIG/TIG & Welder Fabricator

Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm (40 hours per week)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG/TIG & Welder Fabricator to join a well-established business. This is a hands-on role working on both batch production and bespoke fabrication projects.

• Carry out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
• Fabricate bespoke items from technical drawings
• Produce batch work products as required
• Work independently to fabricate items without the use of jigs
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
• Support the development of apprentices, sharing knowledge and skills

• Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding and fabrication
• Ideally up to 10 years'' experience in a similar role
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Confidence working independently on projects
• Experience mentoring or training apprentices is desirable
