      <description>Location: Halstead | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | TIG/MIG Welder / FabricatorAbout the Role Adecco are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing business for an experienced TIG/MIG Welder / Fabricator to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist engineering company that designs and manufactures high-quality products for a range of industries including marine, offshore, defence, power generation and industrial sectors. Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for the fabrication, fitting and welding of aluminium and stainless-steel components, working from engineering drawings to produce high-quality finished products. Key Responsibilities  Carry out TIG and MIG welding on aluminium and stainless steel components. Perform butt and fillet welds to a high standard. Fabricate and assemble products from detailed engineering drawings. Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure specifications are met.
