We're recruiting experienced MIG Welders for an established manufacturing business employing around 200 people near Loughborough. The company manufactures bespoke retail displays and fixtures for some of the UK's best-known high street and luxury brands. Why is this job worth considering? Four day working week – Monday to Thursday, 4pm – 2am. Varied fabrication work – different products, smaller batches and production runs. Proper fabrication – working from drawings, measuring, cutting, preparing and welding your own components. Established employer – around 200 employees across design, engineering and manufacturing. Overtime available – Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings. Company bonus scheme after 12 months, pension, free parking and paid company social events. What do you need?
