      <description>Location: Alcester | Salary: &amp;pound;14.32/hour | Type: Permanent | Production Welder – Immediate Start   We are seeking two experienced Production Welders to join our team immediately. Please note that our Stores and Assembly positions have now been filled.   Position Details;   	  Role:  Production Welder 	  Shift:  Day Shift 	  Hours: 	 		 Monday to Thursday: 06:00 – 15:00 		 Friday: 06:00 – 11:00 	 	 	  Pay Rate:  Starting from £14.32 per hour    Key Responsibilities   	 Read and interpret fabrication drawings accurately 	 Weld mild steel across a range of thicknesses (1mm – 15mm) 	 Set up and operate welding machines safely and efficiently 	 Identify potential issues with profiles before and during production 	 Grind and polish finished products to a high standard 	 Maintain meticulous attention to detail and accuracy throughout all tasks      Candidate Requirements   	 Proven welding experience within a production environment 	 Ability to read and work from technical drawings 	 Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards 	 Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team 	 Must successfully pass a weld test as part of the recruitment process 	 Physically able to handle steel components      Why Apply?   	 ...</description>
