MIG Welder

TXM Recruit are currently looking to put a team of Permanent Welders together for a rail client in Milton Keynes. The team will be performing corrosion removal on various fleets of rolling stock vehicles; you will need to be able to weld in the following positions. As a Welder you would be carrying out a variety of welders, including flat, vertical, and overhead on a variance of thicknesses between 4mm and 8mm. Day shift pays up to 38,000 per annum dependant on experience, night shift pays up to 56000 dependant on experience. The successful candidate must:Be able to MIG weld to a strong standard.Be able to pass a rail industry standard medical and drug and alcohol test.Minimum Level 2 qualification in welding/fabrication.Have own mask and gauntlets.
