Job Title: MIG Welder
Job Type: Temporary - Ongoing
Location: Newton Aycliffe (DL5 6UG)
Pay Rates: PAYE Days: -21.31/hr PAYE, Afternoon: -25.57/hr
Umbrella Days: -28.30/hr Umbrella, Afternoon: -33.97/hr
Shift Patterns: Days: Mon-Fri (7:00 am - 3:00 pm)
Afternoon: Mon-Fri (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform precision MIG welding on aluminium materials.
- Work with build and welding fixtures while adhering strictly to tight tolerances.
- Follow standard work procedures in line with modern manufacturing practices.
- Execute basic manual lifting and material handling safely.
- Maintain an uncompromising commitment to health, safety, and operational standards at all times.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Proven hands-on experience in MIG welding with aluminium.
- Ability to interpret work procedures and operate on your own initiative or as part of a team.
- Physical capability to manage manual lifting as required by production processes.
- Strong safety awareness in a high-intensity factory environment.
