Mig Welder

We are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder on behalf of our client based in Stafford

39 hours per week
-16 - -18 per hour
Overtime available and paid at time and half
These roles are temporary to permanent for the right candidate, with immediate starts available

Duties

• Execute Mig welding on diverse materials including sheet metal and fabricated components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to assemble and fabricate metal parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly and welding.
• Operate fabrication machinery and assist with the assembly of metal structures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Conduct quality checks on welded components to ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist in the maintenance of tools and equipment, reporting any faults or issues promptly.
