      <description>Location: Ipswich | Salary: &amp;pound;15 - &amp;pound;16/hour | Type: Temporary | Are you an experienced MIG Welder looking for your next opportunity with a well-established engineering company?  We''re recruiting for a skilled welder to join a busy workshop in Ipswich on a rolling contract. This is a varied role where you''ll be carrying out predominantly MIG welding, alongside some TIG welding and general fabrication duties. You''ll be working on a range of projects in a clean, organised workshop with regular overtime available at enhanced rates.  To be considered, you''ll need to be confident welding both mild and stainless steel and capable of producing high-quality work with minimal supervision. You''ll also need to be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and work to weld symbols and industry standards.   The Role:    MIG welding mild and stainless steel (2mm-15mm)  Occasional TIG welding  Fabricating using a range of hand and power tools  Operating cutting, drilling and grinding machinery  Reading and working from engineering drawings  Working to health &amp; safety procedures at all times    What We''re Looking For:    Minimum of 5 years'' welding experience  Strong MIG welding skills with TIG experience  Ability to work independently and use your ...</description>
