MIG Welder

A thriving fabrication company in Mildenhall is seeking skilled MIG Welders to join their growing team. This role would suit experienced MIG Welders or candidates with strong hands-on welding experience looking to develop their skills within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

Working on high-spec fabrication projects, you''ll benefit from competitive pay starting from -16.00+ p/hour (depending on weld test), excellent overtime opportunities, and clear career progression. This is a permanent opportunity subject to a successful 3-month temporary probation period.

MIG Welder Duties:

• MIG welding mild and stainless steel
• Carrying out jig work for precise fabrication
• Prepping metal components for welding
• Handling basic fabrication tasks
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings for accurate assembly

Pay, Hours & Benefits:

• Multiple shifts available Monday-Friday: 06:00-14:00 / 07:00-15:00 / 08:00-16:00
• Pay rate dependent on experience
• 30 days'' holiday after successful probation
• Opportunities for overtime
