MIG Welder

An established engineering specialist in Haverhill is looking for an experienced MIG Welder to join their team. This role would suit a skilled MIG Welder with strong fabrication experience who is looking for a permanent opportunity with a company that offers good earning potential and opportunities to progress.Working with heavy-gauge materials, you''ll be responsible for MIG welding, fabrication and fitting of various products. The role offers 16.00- 18.00 p/hour, with the opportunity for further salary increases following a successful probation period.MIG Welder Duties:MIG welding heavy-gauge materials, including 10mm+Reading and interpreting engineering/CAD drawingsFabrication using various machinery, including drills, saws and grindersStripping down and fitting productsEnsuring work is completed to a high standard and specificationPay, Hours and Benefits:Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 16.00 - 18.00 p/hour, depending on experiencePermanent position, after successfully passing a 3 month probationOpportunity for further salary increases after probationOpportunities to develop and progress within the companySkills and Experience:Minimum 2 years'' MIG welding experiencePrevious heavy-gauge welding experienceFabrication experienceAble to read and understand engineering drawingsWelding apprenticeship or qualification would be advantageousSelf-motivated, reliable and hardworkingGood common sense and a willingness to learn and progressIf you''re an experienced MIG Welder looking ..... full job details .....
