Are you an experienced MIG welder looking for a new opportunity in the Wolverhampton area ?
This may be the perfect role for you !
Key duties:
- Set up and operate MIG welding equipment according to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials prior to welding
- Perform MIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components
- Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards
- Maintain proper welding parameters (voltage, wire feed speed, gas flow, etc.)
- Grind, smooth, or finish welded joints as required
- Assemble and fit metal parts or structures prior to final welding
Pay Rate - £13.50 per hour
Hours of work - 40 hours per week
