Job Summary We are seeking a skilled MIG Production Welder to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welding operations, primarily using MIG techniques, to fabricate and assemble metal components. Duties Operate MIG welding equipment to join metal components with precision and consistency Utilise hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete fabrication tasks Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly Work with sheet metal, ensuring proper cutting, shaping, and fitting for assembly Conduct basic measurements and calculations using fundamental maths skills to ensure accuracy Assist with the fabrication of components through cutting, grinding, and assembly processes Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards Qualifications Proven experience in MIG welding within a manufacturing or fabrication environment Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment Good understanding of basic maths for measurements and calculations Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor ..... full job details .....
