MIG Welder Fabricator Droitwich Up to £17.50 per hour Service Service is recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder Fabricator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Droitwich. This is a hands-on role working on the fabrication and welding of heavy-duty equipment and commercial vehicle components. The successful candidate will be able to work from detailed engineering drawings and produce high-quality fabrication work to exact specifications. Key Responsibilities MIG weld and fabricate heavy gauge steel up to 20mm thickness Work from engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications Operate welding equipment using 1.2mm wire Carry out fabrication work to a high standard of quality and accuracy Assist with plasma cutting, oxy-acetylene cutting and press brake operations where required Ensure work is completed safely and within production deadlines Maintain a clean and organised working environment About You Proven experience in MIG welding and fabrication Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Experience working with heavy fabrication and structural steel Previous experience within commercial vehicle manufacturing or a similar engineering environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good time management and organisational skills What''s on Offer Up to £17.50 per hour, depending on experience Overtime available at enhanced rates 40-hour working week - Monday to Friday, 7:30am 4:00pm 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Health ..... full job details .....
