Duties will include: MIG welding steel components and structures Working from engineering drawings and welding specifications Setting up welding equipment and selecting the appropriate settings Fabricating and assembling steelwork Checking welds and finished work to ensure quality and accuracy Using hand and workshop tools Working alongside Platers and other members of the fabrication team Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment Ensuring all work is completed to the required quality and production standards The Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a MIG Welder Experience within a steel fabrication environment Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Good knowledge of MIG welding technique...
