Purpose

As a MIG Welder, you’ll play a vital role in fabricating and welding structural steelwork to a high standard. Your work will contribute to the production of staircases, balustrades, and steel assemblies used across a range of construction and engineering projects. This is a long-term position with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities as a MIG Welder include:

• Performing MIG welding on structural steelwork

• Tacking and welding staircases, balustrades, and steel frames
• Ensuring high-quality finishes and accurate measurements
• Using hand and power tools for cutting, prep, and assembly

Your experience as a MIG Welder will include:

• Proficiency in MIG welding (TIG experience is a bonus)
• Experience with structural steelwork and architectural metalwork
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Skilled in workshop tools and fabrication processes
