Carrying out Tig and Mig welding process on Stainless steel to manufactured items and components. Cutting materials into the required shapes, checking dimensions and thicknesses to specs Welding and joining materials into a wide range of structures. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications and requirements. Following engineering plans, drawings and instructions. Operating tools and machinery and welding equipment''s. Inspecting and testing welds with precision measuring instruments to Standard requirements. Dismantling metal structures.Quality Control Inspecting completed welds for defects such as cracks or inadequate fusion, and making necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met. Check for Products Modification in line with Engineering department.Equipment Maintenance Regularly Cleaning tools, equipment''s and work areas use 5S method and House Keeping Rules.
