Job Title: Welders and PlatersLocation: OldhamSalary: CompetitiveJob Type: Full time, PermanentDue to continued growth, we are looking to recruit experienced Welders, MIG/TIG Welders and Platers to join our fabrication team.Working within a heavy manufacturing environment, you will be involved in the production of high-quality fabricated components, working from engineering drawings and specifications to meet demanding quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret engineering drawings and job specificationsMark out, assemble, fit, tack and weld componentsCarry out plating, fabrication and welding activities to the required standardUse fabrication machinery, welding equipment and hand tools safely and effectivelyInspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracyWork with overhead cranes and lifting equipment where trainedMaintain a safe, clean and organised work areaFollow all company quality and health and safety proceduresWhat We''re Looking For:Experience as a Welder, MIG/TIG Welder or Plater within fabrication, engineering or heavy manufacturingAbility to work from engineering drawingsStrong practical fabrication and welding skillsGood attention to detail and commitment to qualityAwareness of safe working practices and lifting operationsReliable team players with a positive attitude and strong work ethicWhat We OfferCompetitive rates of payOvertime opportunitiesStable, long-term employmentTraining and development opportunitiesSupportive team ..... full job details .....
