Acorn by Synergie is recruiting MIG/TIG Welders to join Rittal CSM, a global industry leader with excellent employee benefits. This is a long-term, temp-to-perm role offering stability, competitive pay, and career growth.

Location: Roborough, Belliver Industrial Estate, Plymouth.

Pay:

• -13.42 17.89 per hour (dependent on experience & shift) + monthly bonus.
• Overtime available after 37.9 hours per week.

Shifts available:

• Days: 7 am - 3 pm.
• Afternoons: 3 pm - 11 pm.
• Nights: 11 pm - 7 am.

Your role as a MIG / TIG Welder:

• MIG & TIG welding of steel, aluminium, and stainless steel.
• Setting up welding equipment & ensuring top-quality welds.
• Working to high precision & quality standards.
