Location: Alcester | Salary: £16.00/hour | Type: Contract | MIG Welder Location: Alcester Rate: £16.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm | Friday 8:00am – 12:30pm We are currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join a thriving manufacturing business based in Alcester. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder looking for consistent hours and a long-term role within a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on metal components and structures Work accurately from technical drawings and specifications Ensure all welds meet required quality and safety standards Carry out basic fabrication tasks as necessary Inspect own work to maintain high-quality output Support production targets and team objectives Requirements Proven experience in MIG welding Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Experience within a manufacturing or fabrication environment Reliable, motivated, and hard-working attitude What’s on Offer Competitive pay at £16.00 per hour Early finish every Friday Long-term opportunity with a growing company Immediate starts available
