North Yorkshire Full-Time Monday Friday, 7:30am 4:00pm An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-paced and creative events production company based in North Yorkshire. We are currently recruiting experienced and skilled welders to support the manufacture of high-quality scenic, structural, and bespoke event builds. Working within a dynamic fabrication team, you ll be involved in everything from precision-machined components and light gauge tubular structures to scenic construction, mezzanines, and heavy-duty truss frames. We Are Looking For: TIG Welders specialising in stainless steel and aluminium MIG Welders specialising in mild steel Key Responsibilities Fabricate mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium components to a high standard using technical drawings and supplied specifications Ensure excellent finish quality and accurate tolerances using the correct fabrication and welding methods Grind, sand, polish, and detail fabricated components using hand and power tools Manufacture a wide range of bespoke structures and scenic elements for the events industry Work independently with minimal supervision while using initiative and problem-solving skills Follow daily production schedules to meet project deadlines Accurately complete and update internal build records and job tracking systems Communicate effectively with Supervisors regarding job progress, technical issues, and production updates Support other departments when required to ensure smooth project ..... full job details .....
