The work is varied: large projects can be predominantly TIG one month and predominantly MIG the next. The business is looking for an all-round engineer rather than a single-process welder. You will be a problem solver who can fabricate, weld and finish components to engineering drawings, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy and safe working practices.   Salary £20.00 per hour (approx. £37,960 per year basic, plus overtime)   Working Hours Monday–Thursday: 7:00am–3:00pm Friday: 7:00am–12:30pm 36.5 hours per week Overtime available at 1.5x Sunday overtime at 2x   Benefits 10% employer pension contribution (5% employee contribution) £40,000 life insurance 25 days holiday + bank holidays   Key Requirements Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator within fabrication, engineering or heavy manufacturing Strong TIG welding skills, ideally on stainless steel and aluminium Strong MIG welding skills, including multi-run ...
