This team plays a critical role in executing regulatory change initiatives, including:Implementing new and amended regulations

Remediating regulatory and audit findings

Developing strategic control frameworks

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of regulatory change within a dynamic global bank.What you’ll do:Lead and deliver multiple MiFID Post-Trade Transparency projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Operations and Technology, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Internal Audit, and Business Units) to achieve project objectives.

Champion change management principles, develop comprehensive project documentation, and implement project management best practices.

Represent Citi in industry forums, contributing to thought leadership and best practice sharing.

Contribute to NFRR (Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting) commitments related to various regulatory mandates.

What we’ll need from you:Project Management Expertise:Demonstrated success managing complex projects, encompassing planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder management, and communication. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools is highly desirable. You are a meticulous planner with excellent time management skills, capable of managing multiple work streams concurrently.

Regulatory Knowledge:A strong understanding of MiFID II/MiFIR regulations is preferred, including transaction reporting, transparency requirements, and best practices. Experience with other relevant NFRR regulations (e.g., EMIR, SFTR) is also highly valued.

Financial Services Experience:Background in financial services operations or technology, preferably with exposure to trade reporting systems and processes.

Communication and Collaboration:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. Proven ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:Strong analytical abilities to assess complex information, identify risks and issues, and develop effective solutions.

Industry Engagement:Experience participating in industry forums and engaging with trade associations and regulatory bodies is advantageous.

Compliance and Risk Management:Understanding of compliance and risk management principles within the financial services industry.

Technology Proficiency:Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and project management software. Experience with trade reporting systems is a plus.

Education:Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business, economics, information technology). Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
