Role and Responsibilities: Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop innovative design solutions that align with client goals and aspirations.Approach creative problem-solving holistically, considering more than just aesthetics, and effectively communicate ideas to the team.Support and mentor junior team members by sharing your knowledge and expertise. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 5 years of UK experience working on commercial projects (leisure sector experience is advantageous).Proficiency in AutoCAD (SketchUp skills beneficial).Ability to adapt to client feedback and meet project deadlines.Proactive and eager to progress and develop within the industry.Strong ability to work independently, managing time and schedules effectively.Confident in working within a team environment and supporting junior staff.Full UK driving licence is essential.
