This role sits at the heart of the trade life cycle, acting as a key link between clients, counterparties, and internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate processing of trades and settlements.The position combines operational expertise, stakeholder management, and problem-solving, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the settlement of trades across multiple client accounts.Support the trade life cycle from trade confirmation through to settlement completion.Liaise with counterparties and internal teams to resolve queries, exceptions, and settlement-related issues.Monitor trade activity and investigate breaks, exceptions, and failed trades.Participate in regular client meetings to provide updates on trade status, operational activities, and process improvements.Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, counterparties, and internal stakeholders.Produce accurate client and internal management reports.Contribute to incident management, escalation handling, and operational problem resolution.Maintain high standards of data accuracy and operational control.Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify ..... full job details .....
